At CFS, we believe that gluten-free shouldn’t mean flavour-free. Everyone should be able to enjoy a delicious plate of pasta, regardless of their dietary needs. In choosing our selection, we searched for producers that combine their years of pasta-making expertise and heritage with the natural benefits of wheat substitutes, such as legumes, quinoa, and corn. Although these pastas substitute wheat, they do not substitute flavour. Enjoy!
