Red wine produced with Aglianico grapes only. The bunches are picked by hand and carried to the cellar in small boxes to avoid crushing them. 20% of the wine, after the fermentation, matures in wood barrels for 6 months, 80% in stainless steel tanks.
Virgo Campania Fiano IGT
White wine produced only with Fiano grapes coming from 4 different vineyards located in 4 different towns of the province of Avellino: Candida, Montefredane, Lapio and San Michele di Serino. The grapes are harvested by hand and carried to the cellar in small boxes to avoid crushing them. The grapes are subjected to gentle crushing of whole bunches to get the free-run juice. Wine making and ageing on fine lees lasts 4 months and takes entirely place in stainless steel tanks.
Virgo Campania Greco IGT
White wine produced only with Greco grapes coming from 3 different vineyards located in 3 different towns of the province of Avellino: Montefusco, Tufo and Altavilla Irpina. The grapes are harvested by hand and carried to the cellar in small boxes to avoid crushing them. The grapes are subjected to gentle crushing of whole bunches to get the free-run juice. Wine making and ageing on fine lees lasts 4 months and takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Virgo Campania Falanghina IGT
White wine produced with Falanghina grapes coming from vines located in the province of Benevento. The grapes are harvested by hand and carried to the cellar in small boxes to avoid crushing them. The grapes are subjected to gentle crushing of whole bunches to get the free-run juice. Wine making and ageing on fine lees lasts 4 months and takes entirely place in stainless steel tanks.
