In 1867 in Casinalbo, a small town in the province of Modena, the Maletti brothers produced salami, sausages, and stuffed pigs feet.

From a small workshop it grew and became famous to the point that by the early 1900s it was already exporting all over the world and serving the finest delicatessens in Europe.

AGED MINIMUM 12 MONTHS
Noble fruit of the Maletti pork butchering tradition obtained starting with selected Italian pork thighs. They are trimmed by choosing the noblest part, removing the flake so the slices remain sweeter and marbled.It combines product preciousness and very high service: rindless, knife-cleaned.Matured a minimum of 12 months.
